I highly recommend for all those interested to buy fomr US direct if possible. The authorised dealer here has very bad service. I can understand that they do not make money from oversea buyer like myself. I wwas looking for local adaptor and both phone calls i made to them, they sounded very fierce and not willing to disclose even their name. No information was given though i was informed by my friends that they do sell to oversea irobot set owner at higher price. I am willing to pay the higher price and feel very strongly I should not be discriminated as long as I am willing to pay. i heard from my friend who owns a local set that their service has been very bad and because of that she is no longer interested to buy any irobot from local distributor.

Why not just get it from local importer of irobot. Autovacstore.com offers great price!! there is another website called robovac and i think both of them provides great service according to reviews on facebook and forums.

My Roomba 780 stopped charging from the external quick charger after the 2nd day of purchase. I called Autovacstore support as I purchased it from them. 2 days later, they came down in the afternoon as scheduled and determined that the external battery charger was faulty and not the battery itself. The technician went back to his company and came down in the evening to replace the external quick charger. I'm impressed by their great services and commitment. Their on-site appointment is accurate to the hour which is difficult to achieve in the service industry.
